- Financial Digital Twin: Safe, interactive financial simulations allowing users to explore scenarios risk-free.
- Interactive To Do Dashboard: Dynamic, actionable steps integrated with human advisor interaction, continuously refined by AI.
- AI Companion: Always-on AI assistant providing real-time, trusted financial insights.
- API Integrations and Data-Driven Insights: Continuous integration and analysis of financial data for personalized advice.

What You'll Do
Founding Engineer – Technical Leadership (Core Platform Development)
Join Moneymap as a Founding Engineer and play a critical role in building our cutting-edge, AI-powered financial planning platform. You'll lead our technical strategy, architecture decisions, and software development efforts, shaping a solution that delivers scalable, personalized financial advice.
This role is ideal for engineers passionate about fintech innovation, committed to leveraging advanced technology to enhance financial wellness, and eager to build something meaningful from the ground up.
Your Role
- Lead our engineering vision, strategy, and execution as a core founding member.
- Own the technical decisions around platforms, integrations, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate directly with AI specialists, Certified Financial Planners, and product designers to build intuitive, powerful fintech products.
- Iterate rapidly, integrating user feedback to enhance the product experience.
- Uphold high-quality engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements
- Strong software engineering background, experienced in building and scaling complex products.
- Proven technical leadership skills and comfort making foundational technology decisions.

- Clear, open communicator comfortable collaborating cross-functionally.
- Passionate about personal finance, committed to leveraging AI to make high-quality financial advice accessible to everyone.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as an early-stage or founding engineer at a startup.
- Familiarity with fintech, financial planning, or highly regulated industries.
- Direct experience or strong familiarity with AI technologies, especially LLMs and NLP.
- Interest or background in behavioral economics and its applications in fintech.
