- Interactive To Do Dashboard: Dynamic, actionable steps integrated with human advisor interaction, continuously refined by AI.

What You'll Do
Founding AI Lead – Technical Leadership (AI & Core Platform)
Join Moneymap as the Founding AI Lead Engineer and shape the core AI technologies powering Moneymap. Your role will be crucial in developing sophisticated AI models, integrating extensive user data from real-time interactions, and driving continuous model improvement to deliver scalable, personalized financial advice.
Your Role
- Own and lead the AI strategy, architecture, and execution as a core founding member.
- Develop and refine advanced LLM-driven features and intelligent AI agents.
- Design robust, scalable data architectures and pipelines for real-time model training and inference.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with financial planners, product designers, and engineers to ensure AI seamlessly enhances user experience.
- Implement rapid experimentation and continuous improvement cycles to evolve AI capabilities based on user interactions and feedback.

Requirements
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, specifically large language models (LLMs), NLP, and prompt engineering.
- Proven experience developing and deploying AI-powered products at scale.
Strong software engineering skills, with extensive experience building and scaling data-driven applications. - Expert knowledge of modern tech stacks, AWS cloud infrastructure, and secure data management practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to clearly translate technical concepts across teams.
- Passionate about personal finance, committed to leveraging AI to make high-quality financial advice accessible to everyone.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior founding or lead AI engineering role in an early-stage startup environment.
- Experience with fintech, financial planning, or similarly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with behavioral economics and its practical application in fintech.
